Vietnamese food
In my opinion food is a very important aspect of culture. According to this theory, I tried as much local food as I could get.
In Vietnam there are three types of places where you can order some delicious meals: first of all you can go to restaurants for sure. Secondly you can find a lot of small bistros that have the appearance of a garage. And thirdly you can get a lot of dishes from street food vendors. I preferred the latter one.
The food in Vietnam is generally very delicious. But it is not only the food itself it is also the company that turns a good meal into a great one. Food is a good way to socialize with local people and to understand their local habits.
I added a selection of some special dishes that I tried. Unfortunately the photos were taken with my mobile phone, which explains the basic image quality.
